AC TRANSIT SUPPORTS BART SERVICE DISRUPTIONS ACROSS DOWNTOWN OAKLAND, SUNDAY, JULY 28

Several bus lines and dedicated bus bridges are currently in operation

OAKLAND, Calif. – The Alameda-Contra Costa Transit District (AC Transit) is dedicated to providing collaborative support to Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) as our partner transit district manages service disruptions affecting its train lines into downtown Oakland.

As a result, for the second consecutive day, AC Transit is offering additional service to East Bay commuters on the following lines: 1-Tempo, 6, 12, 14, 18, 19, 20, 33, 36, 40, 51A, 51B, 54, 57, 72, 72R, 72M, 73, 88, NL, and F.

Additionally, AC Transit is offering dedicated bus bridges at the following locations that support downtown Oakland: Coliseum BART, Fruitvale BART, Lake Merritt BART, 19th Street BART, 12th Street BART, MacArthur BART, and West Oakland BART.
