AC TRANSIT MODIFIES OPERATING HOURS OF THE TEMPORARY FARE-FREE VACCINE SHUTTLE
Shuttle hours now align with the amended operating hours of the vaccination site
OAKLAND, Calif. – the Alameda-Contra Costa Transit District (AC Transit) has been informed, by the California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services (Cal OES), of amended operating hours at the soon to open Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum vaccination site.
The site’s operating hours are now 9 am – 7 pm, and its opening remains on schedule for Tuesday, February 16.
As a result, AC Transit is modifying its previously announced operating hours for the temporary fare-free vaccine shuttles – with routes from Coliseum BART and Eastmont Transit Center.
Riders are advised each shuttle will now operate between 8 am – 7:30 pm, 7-days a week.
