Description |
This is a notice of intent to award a single source contract and is not a request for competitive bids. The Alameda-Contra Costa Transit District (herein “District”) intends to award and extension of a one (1) year contract to Kimley Horn and Associates. This notice is published for informational purposes only. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the District will consider all responses received prior to the closing date of this announcement. Written responses to this notice must contain sufficient documentation to establish basic fitness, verifiable industry experience, a long-term track record, and proven expertise to fulfill the requirements described below under the Scope of Services portion of this notification. If the District deems its answer to a question or merely clarifies the existing terms and conditions and does not have a material impact on other potential Offerors or the solicitation itself, no further documentation of that question is required. If the District deems that its answer to a question has a material impact on other potential Offerors or on the solicitation itself, the District will create an addendum to this solicitation. Interpretations, corrections, or changes that are made in any other manner, including oral modifications, are not binding to the District, and Offerors must not rely on them. All oral modifications of these conditions or specifications are void and ineffective. |
Scope of Work |
The proposed Contractor will supply the remaining design support regarding their designs developed for rapid corridor project on San Pablo Ave. This includes 100% final design, as-built review and construction design support with close-out. |
Submittal Info |
This Notice of Intent does not constitute the formation of a contract between the District and the identified contractor. The contractor shall not acquire any legal or equitable rights to the contract services until a contract containing terms and conditions acceptable to the District is executed. |
