Description |
The Alameda-Contra Costa Transit District (the “District”) is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide an evaluation and audit of the District's HASTUS system. The range of services to be provided is more fully set forth in the paragraph below and in the Scope of Work section (on Pages 8) of the RFP. |

Requests, questions and clarifications must be received by the District, in writing, via email at msilk@actransit.org or by mail to the attention of the Contracts Specialist, no later than 4:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time on January 31, 2020. No such requests will be considered by the District if received after this date. |
Scope of Work |
The successful proposer will perform an audit to examine the current methods, tools, resources, and end-to-end processes used to develop and implement service changes using HASTUS scheduling software (version 2012 release 48). The assessment should note the current utilization of the software and the associated business processes that result in more efficient use of the system in regard to service changes and staffing. The assessment will produce a detailed report of recommendations for business process adjustments or re-designs (based on best practices of Giro) and produce a detailed action plan for the successful implementation of these recommendations. |
