Description
The Alameda-Contra Costa Transit District (the “District”) is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide Third Party Administrator (TPA) Services for the processing of Workers Compensation claims. The District intends to award one (1) contract with a duration of five (5) years. The contract scope will include Claims Management, Repricing Services, Medical Management Services, Pharmacy Benefits Management Services, and Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) Services. A detailed Scope of Work is set forth in Section D of the RFP.
